You can send your order on-line any time of day or night using our secure site. Should you experience any problems with our site, email us at hello@forwellness.nz and we undertake to investigate and reply back to you by email within 24 hours.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All deliveries are by courier and direct to your door with delivery expected to take 3-5 days. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home, he or she will leave the goods in a secure location. Special delivery instructions can be given i.e. if no one is home, leave goods at back door. But we take no responsibility for loss of goods once goods have been delivered. An alternative delivery address can be supplied for delivery i.e. your work. Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours, by email.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Should you place an order either as a one-off purchase or as part of a subscription, then you have a period of 24 hours when we can interrupt and stop the delivery of this order. With a refund for the full purchase price to be made within 14 days. If 24 hours has already lapsed refer to return policy.
RETURN POLICY
All goods from Greencane Paper have a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our product contact us by email and we will pick up the remaining goods within one week of contact. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. The full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of Greencane Paper being first contacted via email.
SUBSCRIPTION AMEND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We want to make this simple and workable for you. So just email us your frequency change or a cancellation using our contact email address. We will send you an email reply with 3 working days confirming your changes.
